These terms are an agreement between you and JAB Productions PTE. LTD. (Singapore), doing business as Three Calendars at threecalendars.com. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, do not use the tool.
What we sell
Three Calendars is a digital wedding-date reading from two birthdays, checked against Western, Vedic, and Chinese calendars.
The first best date is free. Unlock is $9 USD once. It adds other good days, a matching score, and four sections on how to make the marriage last. It is not a chat with a master, not a priest, and not a subscription.
Reflection, not a promise
The dates, score, and advice are for reflection. They are not a promise of a marriage, a pregnancy, a healthy child, a lucky year, or a long life together. They are not medical, legal, religious, or financial advice. You still choose the day, the venue, and whether to marry.
What you give us
You confirm the birthdays and cities are yours to enter. Do not enter a child’s data. You are responsible for who you send a share link or PDF to.
Payment
Unlock is charged by Stripe. The price on the site is in US dollars. Your bank may show a different local amount. Until checkout is live on the site, any payment link we send is the same $9 product.
The paid report is delivered on screen as soon as payment succeeds (and as a PDF if you ask). Because it is a digital reading you can copy at once, we do not offer a routine refund after unlock. If Stripe failed, you were charged twice, or the report did not open, write to us and we will put it right.
Accounts
You do not need a login. A reading lives in your browser and in any share link you create. If you clear the browser, the unlock on that device may go with it. Keep the share link or the PDF if you want a copy.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the calendars, resell our readings as your own service, attack the site, or use it to harass someone. We may block abuse.
Our content
The Three Calendars name, mark, copy, and report layout belong to us. You may share your own reading with family. You may not copy the product into another app.
The site will change
We may change dates logic, prices, or these terms. The date at the top of this page is the current version. Material price changes will show on the site before you pay.
Liability
We provide the site and the reading as they are. To the fullest extent Singapore law allows, we are not liable for a venue you booked, a family argument, a day that felt wrong, or a score you disliked. Our total liability for a paid unlock is the $9 you paid.
Law
These terms follow the laws of Singapore. Courts in Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek an injunction anywhere to protect the product.
